IMPORTANT: By proceeding with our services after the 7-day trial period, you are making a commitment to the full Ecom Launch Sprint Accelerator Program. No refunds will be issued after the 7-day trial period has expired.
3.1. Once you have completed the 7-day trial period and commit to the Ecom Launch Sprint Accelerator Program and have not requested a refund, you are deemed to have committed to our services, and no refunds will be provided.

Our team allocates dedicated personnel to your project
We begin securing high-margin products specific to your business
We start developing custom branding and design assets for your business
3.3. We encourage all clients to thoroughly evaluate our services during the 7-day trial period to ensure our offering meets your expectations before committing.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
4.1. In exceptional circumstances, the management of Ecom Launch Sprint may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds or service credits if:
We are unable to deliver the core services promised within the specified 14-day development timeline due to factors within our control
There is a documented material breach of our service agreement
